I am the original owner of this 1971 CB 750 K-1 which was purchased new from Slegers-Forbes Cycles in Whippany, NJ in April 1972. It is an accident-free, unmolested original which has always been garage kept, meticulously maintained and ridden every year. Along with the clear title are the original bill of sale, manuals and toolkit. There is a period correct frame-mounted Vetter fairing and an aluminum luggage rack from The Rack Factory. In 1974 I installed Lester mag wheels, Koni shocks, a Yoshimura Road and Track cam and an Action Four 4 into 1 exhaust system. The stock cam is included. For 38 years the stock wheels and exhaust system were kept in dry, heated storage until I reinstalled them in 2012 to return the bike to stock appearance. As a result, they are in excellent condition. Exhaust system chrome is perfect with no pitting or rust. Dunlop tires are low mileage and in excellent condition. Other than minor detailing the bike needs nothing and is ready to ride. Age forces sale. The bike is located in the Princeton, NJ area.
