1999 Land Rover Discovery Series II This is a 1999 Land Rover Discovery Series II V8i. Black exterior on tan interior. The Good:Runs & Drives good, starts right up, very smooth driving, steering is tight.Power Seats work (Driver & Passenger)Interior is in very good condition. The leather seats aren't worn out like some Disco's.New spare tire cover, rear tail-light lenses have been replaced, power seat buttons replaced.Have new headliner that will be included in sale, OEM, still in wrapping.Old saggy headliner has already been removed, see photos.Harmon/Kardon Sound SystemNewer Brakes/Rotors & Tires (all 5)!Has Land Rover Trailer HitchDoes NOT Smoke/Tick/OverheatSolid Undercarriage. NO rot.Overall it is in very good shape for a Disco. Transmission shifts smoothEngine runs as it should. The Bad:Service Engine Soon light is on 3 Amigo's lights (Brake Light, Downhill Light, Traction Control Light) intermittently come on. Sometimes they don't sometimes they do. This seems to be a common occurrence with the Disco's. Leaky Sunroofs-I've taped them off but they are INOP. If they are not taped, they will leak. Radio doesn't turn on, could be a blown fuse. A/C Doesn't work, heat works fine. Rear Hatch Door Does Not Open. Could be a frozen lock jamming it. Some paint fading, cracks in bumper covers, etc. All signs of the vehicles age. I am not aware of anything else as I bought this as a project and don't have the knowledge or patience to learn. No warranties expressed or implied. Sold As-Is, Where-Is.
