Contact | Website | Ebay Feedback This one owner 1972 Volkswaen Bug is a little gem. It is a 100% rust free California car since new. The Bug has 154,027 original and well maintained miles. It starts right up and runs extremely well. The car does not leak, smoke, or make any unusual noises. The engine is super tight/responsive and runs like a top. The entire drive-train is solid, It drives like a Bug is supposed to. The brakes stop the car on a dime without any swerving or lurching. The steering and suspension are superb. The car handles the road unbelievably well. It is a very impressive car to drive to say the least. All lights, turn signal and wipers function correctly. The car came from the family of the original owner and was stored indoors for the past several years until it was recently uncovered. Cosmetically the car looks amazing! The (Marina Blue) paint finish has a lustrous shine with few imperfections. There is no evidence of accident damage in (virgin) nose or tail area (see pics) or anywhere else for that matter. Perfectly 100% rust free solid body and floors (see pics). Every panel, doors, hood and trunk are all original to the car. All gaps and panel fitment are correct. -Original blue plate California car which verifies it's registration history in the Golden state since new-Nice original chrome, trim and accesorries-Beautiful engine compartment with well sorted belts, hoses and accesories, very tidy!!!-Working horn-Newer am/fm/MP3/USB-Original cardboard glove box-Original tool kit (rare) The interior is gorgeous and I give it a solid 7. All the interior lights, instruments, radio, and gauges work properly. The seats (small hole on drivers seat), carpeting (shows minor wear), door panels, visors, and headliner are in above average condition. Rubber trim/seals, weatherstripping and accessories are all up to par. -Original floor mats The dash has some typical cracks and the original headliner does have imperfections-tear (see pics). All of the glass is in great shape, windows roll up and down easily and everything else is crisp and clean. After 46 years, it is difficult to find an original Bug that has not been taken apart, abused, hacked, modified or completely restored. This is a smoke free driver quality car that has been garage kept. If you are looking for an original California Bug this is the car for you.
