The chassis is a radically modified original frame with C5 suspension up front and C4 suspension in the rear. The transmission is a modified Richmond T-10 4-speed with a .82 overdrive. The engine is an all-aluminum 555ci big block that makes over 850hp. It is equipped with a Donavan aluminum block, Dart cylinder heads with a compression ratio of 12.5:1, 765 lift solid roller cam, MSD ignition, Hilborn electronic fuel injection, lightweight crankshaft from Callies and Crower billet connecting rods. One really cool custom feature is air ducts to all 4 wheels resulting in a braking cooling system. The end result is a stunning engine and compartment that is a show stopper... The interior features lightweight racing seats and a 6-point roll bar. The upholstery is done in custom-made tan leather with 5-point safety harness from G-Force. The original gauges and Carabine ECU monitor the engine. This car was shown twice in ISCA and once in Chicago where it won First in Class, Best Custom and Best of Show, beating out a Chip Foose car and a Troy Trepania car. This car was also shown at the Detroit Autorama, where it won another Best Custom Award and First in Class.
