This auction is for a nice mostly original 1979 Suzuki GS1000S Wes Cooley replica . I acquired this motorcycle in an estate sale in Cape Cod Mass. The rear wheel was missing so i purchase an 18' rear wheel off of ebay. I have spent a couple weeks cleaning this nice bike . I have cleaned the carbs , changed the oil and filter and flushed the fuel tank. I have had it running on a reserve tank and all seems fine. All the light work as they should and it shifts through all the gears. I am unable to take it down the road because of the snow in my area . The original exhaust is in excellent condition as is the seat. There are a couple small dings in the fuel tanks and some scratches and minor rust. These bikes are so rare that I decided to leave it with the original paint. I do have the original tool kit and the original fork air pressure gauge ( still in the box ) There is a chip in the tail piece just above the tail light ( pictured ) There is also a screw broken off on the right side exhaust heat shield that will need to be fixed to tighten up the shield. This motorcycle will be sold with a Bill Of Sale and a State of Vermont transferable registration. This is the correct paperwork to allow you to Title this vehicle in any state or export . Because Vermont is a non-title state for any vehicle over 15 years old. I run my auctions as 3 day no reserve auction and will not end them early to give everyone a fair chance - I can also store this machine as long as needed to allow time for pick up as long as paid in full as per instruction listed with auction.
