Vehicle Detail
The car being auctioned off is an unrestored unmolested survivor Ford Mustang Boss 429. The car was purchased just outside of Atlanta, GA back in 1981. The vehicle was driven to Florida and went right into storage. Unfortunately the car was left in 1st gear and is now stuck. The engine and transmission are numbers matching. The vehicle as you can see in the photos is in pretty good shape for the amount of time it has been in storage. I assure you this was a perfectly running vehicle when it was parked. All of the electrical system as far as the radio and lights are fully functional. The body does not have any signs of obvious damage nor can we find any indication of any major repairs. The car has some visible surface rust as seen in the pictures. The floors, spring shackles, and torque boxes are solid. The pillars appear to be solid as well. The car is complete and, aside from the plug wires and tires, appears to be factory original. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about the car. Good Luck!On Mar-25-17 at 06:54:05 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: The crank does turn by hand so the engine is not seized. The car is no longer stuck in first gear.
