Vintage built 1/1978 is this original condition Honda Express NC 50 moped scooter. The man I got this from bought it new in 1979. I have the original title. It has 1740 miles on the odometer. Original ,unrestored, very complete condition. I am not a mechanic. I like to save, clean and get things running when I can. I had this Honda running last year when I got it and it ran well but it is very hard to start. I purchased a new coil thinking it could be weak spark but did not switched them out. It is included in the purchase. As clean as this scooter is I think the hard starting issue is something simple that I am over looking. This moped does have a battery that will need to be charged or replaced and the tires are starting to crack due to the age and should be replaced for safety.
