This BEAUTY is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Idaho High Mountain Desert - Western car and it shows !! This Ford Custom 300 also still retains it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL - correctly mounted driver's door pillar mounted Ford data plate which is shown in a picture below. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come drive and look this BEAUTY over for yourself, you won't be disappointed ! THIS IS A QUALITY CAR THAT IS READY TO GO !!At the heart of this Ford Custom 300 is what appears to be the STRONG !! - ORIGINAL - Code "C" - Y-Block 292 CID "Thunderbird V8" Motor in it that is running very well indeed. The engine also sports the ORIGINAL intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL Style "Interceptor V8" scripted valve covers, ORIGINAL air cleaner housing and the ORIGINAL carburetor, etc... . Sounds GREAT too with the - "Throaty" - true dual exhaust system with dual chrome tips. The engine is backed by a - SMOOTH - "3-On-The-Tree" - three speed manual transmission which is also functioning very well. Please note that the day after we took the pictures and video the radiator started leaking so we put a brand new upgraded aluminum one in its place and it works great. The BEAUTIFUL - Code "D" - Green and Medium Blue cloth and vinyl Custom 300 interior is in NICE condition including a VERY NICE Medium Blue Cloth and Dark Green Vinyl front seat, VERY NICE Matching Medium Blue Cloth and Black Vinyl door panels, VERY NICE Medium Blue Cloth and Dark Green Vinyl rear seat, VERY NICE Dark Green Carpeting, NICE Green and Chrome accented dash, VERY NICE Green cloth headliner, NICE ORIGINAL Green Vinyl sun visors, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Factory gauge clusters, NICE ORIGINAL Ford steering wheel and a good Green cloth dash cover. This Ford Custom 300 is nicely equipped including, factory wing windows, factory power wipers, factory gauge clusters with 120 MPH speedometer, good heater and defroster, original dual chrome side view exterior mirrors and the original AM transistor radio which is no longer working. This Custom 300 has GORGEOUS looks and SMOOTH power as well ! The BEAUTIFUL !! - Chalk Pink exterior finish is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL with really little to no wear showing and is still bright and shiny and looks STUNNING as you can clearly see in the video above and 100 pictures below !! This Custom 300 is a great runner and a real nice looker. It has AWESOME looks and GREAT power as well, what's not to like !! There are not many of these left on the roads for sure ! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive line all seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. All of the ORIGINAL Chrome and Stainless Steel exterior body trim and moldings are in NICE condition for being original including NICE ORIGINAL Chrome front and rear bumpers, VERY NICE ORIGINAL badging and NICE ORIGINAL Grill and Chrome headlight surrounds. Take a look at the AWESOME Factory Original paint matched steel wheels with factory original chrome hubcaps and NEARLY NEW wide whitewall steel belted radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this Custom 300 and really give it that CLEAN - "Factory Original" look !! The Clean - Solid trunk sports a NEW black carpet liner, a full size wide whitewall bias ply spare tire and the ORIGINAL jack and lug wrench. All of the ORIGINAL black rubber weatherstripping is soft, supple and in good condition for being original. This Custom 300 is a good investment opportunity and it is priced right ! It is in very good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find 50's collector car which is not seen at every stop light for sure. If you have been looking but cannot find a Classic '58 Custom 300 Sedan worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one ! All of the ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are clear, bright and BEAUTIFUL !! This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well.
