Engine: This 57 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer has a 325 Cu/In-260 H/P Poly-head V-8 Engine with a four-barrel Carter carburetor; This Dodge has an original push-button Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission with power brakes and steering. This Dodge ran when I purchased it twenty-five years ago (1990) and last week, when we started the engine again.This Dodge is one of the very few completely stock inside and out “fifty-eight year old” surviving unrestored 1957 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer 2 Door Hard Top!Equipped: with power brakes, power steering, and factory heater.This car has been in, inside storage for over fifteen years and is completely dry.Body: This Dodge is one of a very few completely stock “fifty-eight year old” surviving unrestored 1957 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer 2 Door Hard Top with some surface rust. Most 1957 (58 years old Dodges) have rusted completely throughout but not this one (See pictures). There is a dent in the drivers left front fender, has hole in trunk (see close-up picture), has small rust through near the rear driver fender (see close-up picture), missing some s/s outside trim, and interior will need reupholstering.
