Battery is dead so Jeep has not been started by us (we believe this is still an original 24 V system, not 12 V), we were told by family that this jeep was driven on a recreation basis only before being stored in garage for many years (street legal at that time - licensed in Kentucky with antique plates). Family believes 24,000 miles shown on odometer is actual mileage. Family believes that their father did have Jeep professionally repainted green and newer decals added at some point.
