I have owned this MR2 Spyder since 2008 (purchased with 63,000 miles). The original owner was a lady from Clearwater, Florida who had it serviced at the Toyota dealership every 3000 miles. Since then, I have done all the maintenance--synthetic oil and OEM filters every 3000 miles. About four years ago I had a new top installed, and got a professional repaint (it still looks great). This is a weekend car, not a daily driver--I am selling it because I have two of them. To be certain it would serve it's new owner well, I have performed the following in the last month: new Deka battery, 4 new Yokohama S-Drive tires (185/55/15 and 205/50/15--OEM sizes), new brake rotors and pads all around, fresh fluids (Mobil 1 full-synthetic 10w30), and new wiper blades. These are great, reliable sports cars in stock form. I have made a few improvements to enhance the driving experience:Tannabe NF210 sports springs: These lower the car 1.2 inches at both ends, and reduce body roll while still providing good ride quality. They really transform car.Weapon-R cold air intake: May provide a little better air flow, and very small power gain. Mostly makes a nice sound.Competition Clutches Stage 2 clutch: This is a quality upgrade, with OEM pedal feel.Fidanza lightweight flywheel: Lower inertia enables the engine to rev more quickly--gives a sporty feel.Front and Rear TopSpeed strut tower braces.LPX aftermarket rear spoiler.Supra side markers.Aftermarket headlight covers, painted to match.Pioneer/Scion stereo head unit (factory look) with Pyle component speakers.
