Up for bid is a 1956 Porsche 356 Speedster Replica as shown It is a Widebody edition built by Classic Motors. The original purchased the car finished as shown and due to his recent work schedule and a new child has decided he will not get a chance to use it this spring and summer. The odometer shows only 105 miles. It features a very nice fitting high quality body/chassis , easy to maintenance Volkswagen chassis, painted Porsche red and has black interior. It has a upgraded fresh 1835 cc engine, remote oil filter, 4 speed manual transmission, safety roll bar, and dual Weber carburetor set up. Other additions include tonneau that is on the car in the photo , a full black canvas top/roof with frames, black leather interior, front and rear sway bars, racing harness, full gauges, 4 wheel disk brakes, working parking brake, and performance powdered coated exhaust. The car also comes with all the original books, manuals, original certificate of origin from Classic Motor carriages, and clear title. It starts right up, transmission shifts well, no leaks, no smoke, no abnormal noise, handles like it is on rails. All lights, horn, and turnsignals work as they should. The car is very inexpensive to maintain and gives the owner much of the same driving experience as the very expensive original ones. They hold the values very well.
