The detailer discovered two places where the car was color sanded at the factory and did some polishing to make the car 100%. It also received a fresh coat of carnauba wax and interior treatment. The car was purchased by our GM from the original owner with just over 1000 miles. The original owner was a 75 year old man that collects 65-67 Corvettes. His wife was unable to get in and out of the car, consequently it only was driven just over 1000 miles. The car was carefully broken in per the owners manual specifications. The brakes were just properly bedded in for increased stopping power and longer brake life. The oil was changed at Vandergriff Chevrolet at 1800 miles. The dealer checked the rear end oil per the Chevrolet recall and found the rear end to contain the appropriate level of oil. Also, the windows were just tinted using Llumar film at 26%. All in all, this Corvette proves to be a good one, with no factory issues.
