2000 PORSCHE BOXSTER S -- Rolling chassis 3.2 L 6 cylinder (same as 911) Slate Grey Metallic over Black (Steve McQueen's favorite Porsche color, according to several books I've read). All leather interior, aluminum accents (shifter, door sills, hand brake, dials, door pulls, etc.). Power windows, cruise control, auto climate control, defroster, intermittent wipers, 6 speed manual, 19" Porsche Aluminum Rims, lined roof, BOSE sound with DSP and subwoofer. Has the pop-in wind deflector, leather steering wheel with silver badge, white gauges with aluminum trim. CD, A/C, fog lights, smoke-clear lenses on front turn signals. Odometer shows approx. 130K. No leaks, no roof problems whatsoever. Detachable faceplate on factory Porsche stereo system. In-dash CD holders (very cool). This is a ROLLING CHASSIS -- IMS failure occured, engine will not run, needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Engine stopped while idling, immediately flatbedded to repair specialist. Diagnosed with the intermediate shaft failure, flatbedded to current location. Vehicle will need to be similarly transported to your location, will not start currently. Until the failure, (which can happen to any Boxter or 911 of this era, at any time, with no warning) it was a spectacularly performing car that drove better than anything I've ever had. It was very well taken care of, and has a full (inch thick or more) maintenance record that goes along with it, as well as all the manuals. It does not look like it should have that many miles on it, it looks much better than most of the used Boxsters out there. If you have the capability to repair this car, you will absolutely love it.
