Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my daily driver. This is a great strong running reliable car that gets good fuel mileage. The car is in Corpus Christi, TX. Ready for local pick up. On Jun-05-14 at 10:25:21 PDT, seller added the following information: STEERING WHEEL IS LOCKED UP! I cant turn steering wheel or turn key, yes i have title and am owner! I dont know how to fix this??? ButGenerally in good condition for its age. Some rust in trunk. Mileage is not actual - odometer doesn't work, entire dash pull's out with ease and can be repaired. Speedometer does WORK. Leaks small VERY SMALL amount of engine oil. All maintanence is imediatly handled, oil change's every 3 month's! New tire's, new DASH LIGHT BULBS. Has new spare tire. has Original sale price tag in glove box. $41,000.00 ORIGINAL SALE PRICE!On Jun-07-14 at 07:05:21 PDT, seller added the following information: Everything works on car, I am stationed on NAS CORPUS CHRISTI TEXAS. I drove it to eat lunch parked it ate, got back in car and steering wheel was locked up again and key will not turn. I had a mechanic come look he said at worse ignition needs replaced as security features have locked steering wheel and ignition? I have another vehicle and will be now using this as my daily driver. The milage guage is the only thing not working that i know of in my car, i jiggled wheel worked then drove it parked it ate and now doesnt work? I was told by mechanic key may be worn, and new one can be ordered, maybe graphite can be put in ignition to make work? Maybe if you crank on whee it could make it come free? I dont wanna have car towed and then spend the 100-$200 on repair. As this was just my daily driver and used it to drive longer trips. Stinks because it get's way better fuel cost than my truck :( oh well GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!! By the way its got new battery as well, and tires are in excellent shape! Just wish i could do repair, but after looking im not going to attempt. I did find a new ignition with key for 50-75.00 here on ebay, mechanic said its all it would need.
