1965 Jaguar Series 1 E-type 4.2 liter Roadster with 50,222 original miles. Stored and not driven since 1972. Excellent original color combination, Opalescent Dark Green with black interior. Recently stripped to metal and painted with base clear paint, wet sanded and polished to a mirror finish, ll body rubbers were replaced upon reassembly. New Connolly leather interior installed, and new top. Engine has not been started in over 40 years and does not run. The engine turns freely and should be a straight-forward rebuild. As an optoin we can perform the work for $100 a shop hour plus parts. Our lead Master Tech Gino Pagano has 45 years experience and has rebuilt many of these engines. Cylinder head numbers and transmission numbers match the Jaguar Heritage Certificate, engine block is a correct E-type 4.2 liter replacement.
