I take it on 220 mile drives with no problems all the time. She skirts right along at 80 with no hick ups at all. I could not pass up on my cousins old school car, so I am selling my wagon. Converted original AM radio to AM, FM with Amp output, also has input for Iphone, Ipod, or MP3 player. Installed kick panels with Alpine speakers. New tires! Shocks installed last month. Tune up with Sun Performance Tune Up Tester last week, Brake job completed 1 month ago. Floors have been patched over rust in the toe kicks on both sides, Drip rail has rust around back of car through outer layer in some parts, 5 inch round dent in passenger door, rust in passenger rear door at bottom near front. All rust spots are easily repaired. Wipers never worked, fuel gauge and temp gauge work intermittently, I think all 3 are a ground issue. Needs passenger door window seals. Dash lights work, Installed new FORD turn signal switch 2 months ago. Pulled a polished tail light housings so taillights will be brighter. Comes with an extra set of wheels and tires. Power rear window from inside on dash and at tailgate.All 3 rear seat belts are long enough for child seats. I installed them for my daughters. The wagon has traveled throughout it's life. There are travel decals in the windows from the different places she has traveled: Juarez, Mexico, Hurst Castle, Ca, San Francisco, Route 66, Oregon Trails, Painted Desert, California, Washington, Montana, Rock Mountain Canary, California Mission Trails, and Oklahoma. I have most of these travel decals in NOS condition if you want them. I was going to restore the car and reinstall the original decals. You never see them on cars. My wagon has been the ONLY car I have EVER seen with travel decals on it. In either car shows or on the road. Every time someone talks to me about the car, they notice the travel decals on it and have stories of their own of their travels in the family wagon. The wagon has gotten more compliments that all my other cars.
