For sale is a 1992 Buick Century that is being sold for parts. It has liens on the title and cannot be registered. The last time it was registered was in Albuquerque NM, March 2010 The seller did not disclose the liens to us at time of sale, and the vehicle's title we were given indicates the vehicle is free and clear. When we contacted New Mexcico MVD we discovered the vehicle has 3 liens on it, and cannot be registered. Current mileage is 147568 It was running when we purchased it, currently there is no battery in it. To our knowledge it is a running vehicle, but will need, of course, a new battery.
