This is a certified two female owner car and has lived its whole life in Southern California. The original owner Lucille Norris purchased it new at East County VW in El Cajon, CA. She owned it until 2009 when she could no longer drive and a woman in Palm Springs purchased the car as a fun weekend cruiser. The second owner spent nearly $9000 in maintenance during that time period so you know this thing runs like a Swiss watch! It currently has just over 70K miles, which is only about 2800mi a year. The interior shows absolutely no tears or signs of wear at all for its age which shows how well its previous owners took care of this car and was professionally cleaned and shampooed. Mechanically, this Cabrio is solid and has all service history since new, and always received its major services on time. Major items just replaced include all four struts, alternator, ignition switch, timing belt, and valve cover gasket. A transmission service was also done in the last few thousand miles.
