Ford E-250 Van w Wheel Chair Lift Braun 2004 Fleet Hi Bubble Top Foldaway Seats Up for your consideration is a 2004 Ford Econoline series E-250 van with Braun Century wheel chair lift. The van has been fleet maintained by a local municipality and has 163,900 miles. Ford 4.6 liter V8. Side entry Braun Century wheel chair lift looks great and works even better. Very smooth and strong. Has 2 batteries for operation of van and lift. Van has seating for 5 plus wheel chairs and driver. The passenger seats are foldaway vinyl seats and are made by Freedman seating company (see website link below for more info). They very easily fold down/up from the drivers side wall (shown in photos). There are two double seats and one single. Van has E-track on the floors and walls allowing one to easily strap down. Comes with multiple tie downs, straps, removable seatbelts etc. Rear barn doors open from in or out and the buzzer goes off when open. Rear bumper has a backup sensor which beeps near driver and works great. Passenger door opens from drivers seat with a manually operated bus style door opener. The passenger door entry has a step down to allow for lower entry. Van has a bubble top roof that gives just over 6'3" interior space. I am 6'1" and you can see me in one of the photos standing tall. The 2 rear windows located on both sides of the bubble top slide open half way. CONDITION : Van was fleet maintained and is in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. It starts up strong and runs very smoothly and quietly. There are no abnormal sounds while idling or driving at 65 mph. Transmission shifts smoothly. Drives nicely and handles well. I have put up a link to click on for video of the van running and another of the lift operating. The white paint is in excellent condition. There is one small dent as pictured and another dent that I was unable to photograph due to how tiny it is. There is a small contained area of rust along the passenger door bottom. I took multiple photos for you to see. The rust is cosmetic and not a structural concern. OUT OF STATE BUYERS - This vehicle is located and titled in New Hampshire. The purchaser of this vehicle has the option of taking the title to the local DMV (Epping, NH about 25 minutes away) and receiving a 20 day plate.
