elsinore72s store 1980 Honda CR250R CR 250 R Elsinore Vintage Motocross Red Rocket Recently reconditioned NOT restored. This bike is race ready and ready to ride. It is not a show bike however the bike looks extremely well for being 32 years old. We did not open the motor up but it has good compression, shifts through all the gears fine, and runs like a house on fire. This bike has been test driven after the reconditioning on a local MX track. FRAME# ME03 2014562 ENGINE# ME03E 200278 New Parts That Were Installed New Grips New Bar Pad New Kill Switch New Rear Tire New DC Plastics New Tank Decals New Chain New Carb. Vent Hose & Fuel Hose New Fork Boots New Swing Arm Bearings New Wheel Bearings Front and Rear New Fiberglass Repack on the Silencer Newer Brake Shoes Front and Rear New Perches and Levers New Chain Rollers This bike has been serviced with fresh oil and spark plug. The Frame was Powder Coated Honda Red. The engine and swing arm are painted. The handlebars are polished aluminum Renthal bars. The exhaust pipe is structuraly sound with no major dents or cracks/ leaks. However it has some small ripple dents as does the silencer. Silencer was repacked. The forks are straight and have dry seals with no scoring or marks on the fork tubes the rear shocks are aftermarket used shocks just repainted/ with ample dampening. The rear sprocket is a polished aluminum 51 tooth standard gearing was 49 tooth. The seat cover is an aftermarket by Ceet Racing. The rims are straight with no cracks they have a factory brushed aluminum finish with some small imprefections. Bike Stand Not Included.
