DESCRIPTION You are looking at a 1971 Datsun 240Z CLEAR TEXAS TITLE!!ONLY 3 OWNERS SINCE 1971 The car was registered in Texas, but was brought to California approximately one year later and has spent most of its life in a garage. This car has the original outer and designed modifications, original flame red color paint and original black interior. The paint is 15 years old, but looks great. Virtually rust free with the exception of a small spot on the driver’s side floor panel. IT RUNS FAST, GRIPS AND RIPS! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CAR: POWER PLANT: 3.1 liter, L28 stroker with E31, flat top steel pistons and a big cam. Bored and stroked. It has an electronic ignition with high output alternator. It also has new wires and a newly reconditioned radiator. FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM: Triple SU 52mm carbs with air horns, chrome filter covers, a large pressure regulated fuel rail, re-plated fuel line and reconditioned tank. It is clean and mean! DRIVE TRAIN: Limited slip differential, high pressure clutch, light 11-lbs steel flywheel, and a 5-speed close ratio trans. BRAKES: 4-piston disk, 5-way adjustable tokico 5-way illumine struts, urethane bushes and heavy duty anti-sway bars, new lowering coils, front and rear strut tower bars, rear disk kit with rotors, spacers and stainless steel lines, NOT INSTALLED EXHAUST: Header, 2” galvanized exhaust with flow master and cherry bomb. INTERIOR: An un-cracked dash complete original black tunnel and headliner, new carpet kit, armrest and reclining seats for 280Z. High output CD player with a 6x9 speaker box in rear and a 4x6 up front. It has a wood GT style steering wheel w/ matching short shifter. WHEELS: 14”x8” gold tone on silver tone rims and general tires, front air damn and fog lights OTHER: It has a sunroof, tinted windows, new door locking alarm, many parts re-plated, re-plated screws, nuts and bolts, Halogen sealed beam headlight, recent engine out overhaul of car, original mirrors, and working power antenna.
