Vehicle Detail

SquareTrade © AP6.0This is my 1990 Honda Prelude which i bought here in EBAY in 2005. I got it them from a dealership in OHIO . The car at that time had am amazing original 50K miles on it and except for some rust on one side from the Ohio winter was in super shape. Ok-so now after 5 years living in the legalized bumper car course that is Los Angeles here's the bad news first--there is some damage to the right front fender (see pics) from a brush with a wall-nothing bad-it drives fines so not axle or important damage from it- only cosmetic damage but i never got it fixed. There are plenty of little dinks and scratches (see back bumper, etc)...the antennae was broken off...missing 2 hubcaps..you know-stuff like that---the great news is that there are still only 95K original miles on this 20+ year old car. Engine is strong as heck, transmission is great, timing chain replaced a few miles ago, brand new radiator, brakes are fine, etc. Interior though a filthy mess is very good-no tears or flaws to seats or panels-change out the carptets and the inside would look super fresh. Right now the car is at my favorite shop here in Hollywood because last week this weird thing stated to happen where i had to hold the key in the ignition to keep the thing from stalling. My guy here says it's a new ignition ass'y which will cost about 300 bucks. So asid from this minor glitch this car has a lot of life left in it. My plan up until 2 days ago was to fix the ignition and bring it to a body shop and try and get it back to super clean--but fate being fate-y yesterday a friend of mine left for Europe and gave me his car. So--- I don;t really want to do anything but sell this as= is. assume that it would need approx 300 to get it running--or just come on over and tow it away and take it apart. It would be a shame to waste this great engine, etc so this is a good one to bring back to life. sorry that pics suck but i took them today at dusk and the crew wanted to go home! questions? of course you do. Hopefully my sales summary above isn't as pathetic as i think it is.
