You are bidding on a 1976 VW dunebuggy. I bought this as a winter project but my wife found me a different one. I'm no automobile expert so if you have questions I'll answer them the best I can. I was planning on learning more with this buggy. I bought this from an old neighbor that had it since the early 90's. It runs fine and is fully assembled. I put new rear tires on it this summer. I've checked all the brakes and they all need replaced in the immediate future. It leaked oil this summer but I beleive it was from me putting to much in when I changed it. Its a stick shift. Its a red sparkly color. I beleive the battery is dead. I've had to jump it the last few timves I've started it but it runs fine once started. This buggy would be awesome with a little work. The engine probably needs tuned up but with some TLC this is a minor project car or fine as is. Let me know if you have questions. This is located in Hoopeston, IL and I have the title.
