7treasure Store Up for auction is a 1999 Ford Explorer 2 wheel drive with 4.0 liter v-6 engine, 152,000 miles. The vehicle has been sitting, the transmission is acting up slipping going down the road. I can still drive it but probably has solenoids that need replaced in the transmission, I had the oil changed but still acts up. The explorer is being sold for repair or salvage. When it warms up the engine idle goes down low and at times will shut off, the abs light is on but not the engine light. I have taken many pictures to indicate condition, there is some rust on bottom of each rear door and some paint chipping. Starts fine, no other problems indicated, radio reception very good, clean interior, tread is very good.Rims look great as do tires, comes with new front rotor and chilton manual, I just replace negative cable terminal. I enjoyed driving this vehicle, would get 23 mpg on highway. Low asking price of $800, will not go any lower. You can call me at 815-814-4021 for any questions. THERE ARE 3 VISIBLE DENTS IN THE HOOD AND SEVERAL AT THE VERY TOP. THESE ARE NOT VERY VISIBLE SINCE IT IS A WHITE VEHICLE AND WHEN I LISTED FORGOT THEY WERE THERE SINCE IT HAS SAT OVER 90 DAYS.
