For your consideration is a 1968 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible Parts Car. I have included lots of pictures so be sure to check them out and ask any specific questions you have about this auto. The door tag information is as follows: 8U57Y129601 WARRANTY NUMBER 76A Y 6Y 22A 21 1 U BODY COLOR TRIM DATE DSO AXLE TRANS It has 18110 on the odometer which i assume is actually 118110 since there are not enough digits to show this. The grill, hood trim, window trim, wiper bodies, side moulding trim and the trim around the convertible top are dirty but look to be in good shape. The vent window trim and the side view mirors are pitted and one of the mirrors are broken. All window glass appears good. The trim is intact across the back of the trunk lid, but does have some small dings in it. The bumpers are a bit rusted and pitted although nothing appears rusted through. The emblems indicate 390 engine and is an automatic. There is a Forrest Gate FORD emblem on the trunk. The floors are rotted but the looks to be possibly useable. The interior is not is good shape at all, but appears that all the framework is there. The convertible top is not even there although look like the framework is. There is a boot in the trunk with a small tear in it, but possibly useable. Not sure of the condition is the trunk floor, trying to locate the keys or get in through the back seat to check it out. If i can get in i will add to this ad later. This is to be sold as a parts car and needs to be taken all in one piece. I will not be parting it out at this time.
