Dec 02, 2018 8:15am. Looking through my receipts I spent on new parts I am well over $4k. Engine cases were sent to McDermott racing for main bearing inserts. New Wiseco 87mm piston (511cc now), billet thrust washers, new cool head with 59cc dome. new main bearings and all rubber seals and gaskets are new too. rebuilt entire suspension front and rear,every needle bearing and seal is new. rebuilt the entire front and rear brake system, front and rear master cylinders are new, calipers have new seals, all brake pads are new. new maier plastic ($600) new decal set. . custom seat cover by a local shop. new DWT .190 wheels ($340) with new SunF tires ($220). New Elka shocks front and rear --all have compression and rebound ($1200). Ceramic coated AEEN pipe and silencer($600) new set of DG nerf bars rebuild carburetor, new uni filter,has a new mikuni twist throttle--thats what i like. . over $500 worth of OEM Suzuki parts,rubber fender parts,banjo bolts] new PRM skid plate . Polished stainless steel bolt kit. Every painted part has been stripped,bead blasted ,epoxy primed and painted with axalta single stage paint, entire engine has additional clear over the single stage. Engine has been broken in correctly and run a total of .4 hours--not even 1/2 an hour yet yes the hour meter was installed before the engine was fired up. The quad will come with all of the take off parts--shocks,thumb throttle another set of used wheels and tires etc.
