He said the bike had not been on the road since the 70's. Our shop (Zap Leather and Cycle) performed a complete service and tune-up, installing a new battery, a new distributor cap, new plugs, cleaned the carb, changed oil. Starts and runs great. Lights, brakes, clutch, transmission all work well. We made a video of the bike being started. Watch it by searching "Zap Cycle 1962 Triumph 500 cold start up". There are fairly new petcocks on the gas tank, but we started the bike with a dummy tank, because we hadn't washed out the gas tank. NO title. Will provide Bill of Sale upon request. MAKER AN OFFER.
