You are bidding on a 1965 Chrysler Newport 4 door the odometer shows 102959 miles the car has a 383 v8 motor from a 1966 Dodge Monaco not sure on the mileage of the motor but it runs very strong and sounds great the only problem is a valve cover leak the car is equipped with the stock 3 speed automatic transmission and original rear the carburetor was replaced with a after market edelbrock 4 barrel and chrome valve covers new distributor cap and rotor also a high performance msd coil dual exhaust straight out the back the car runs drives and stops as far as the body goes there’s a crease in the left front fender wich is pictured the right rear lower quarter has a small rust hole right behind the tire also pictured there’s a small rust spot below the rear window on passenger side the antenna was removed but is with the vehicle the rest of the body appears in good shape car is equipped with fender skirts the floors are solid trunk shows surface rust from moisture with factory spare tire and jack. As for the interior the front seat shows wear with tears on both sides the rear seat is in good condition all door panels intact headliner is very nice dash and all components are in good working condition radio,wipers,heat and even glove box light extras the original carburetor and factory valve covers.. I have described the vehicle to the best of my ability by no means am I a certified mechanic or body technician this is my opinion! The car is for sale locally and can be removed at anytime!!!
