We are now offering our previously publicly unavailable wholesale trades to you the Ebay bidder!! This 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha 4x4 has only 50 K miles on it and it runs and drives beautifully. It does have a SALVAGE title however it was professionally repaired and has been driven 15,000 miles since it was in the accident. There is an airbag light on in the vehicle. There are no other warning lights and no engine codes which I show during the YouTube video. Please NOTE: There are 2 youtube videos, one of the walkthrough and one of the test drive. This listing only allows one to be posted. The test drive video is on our youtube page or you can request a link and I will send it to you. I test drove this Hummer for over 60 miles and it runs and drives great. It has a solid battery and starts up everytime without any issues. The motor sounds great and the exhaust is quiet which I show during the youtube walkthrough. The transmission shifts perfectly smoothly throughout all gears which I demonstrate in the YouTube video above. The wheel alignment is straight and the wheel does not pull to one side or the other while driving whatsoever. The suspension is quiet and makes no odd noises or sounds while going over bumps or making wide turns. The brakes feel great and I give several examples of the vehicle braking during the test drive. They are very responsive and safe and make no odd noises or sounds. The interior features: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seats, Leather Seats, Heated Seats, Nagivation, Backup Camera (The Backup Cam Slides out from the rear view mirror, very cool), Sunroof, CD Player, AM/FM Radio, Cruise Control, ABS, 4x4 and much more, ALL of which is working inside the vehicle. THE A/C IS WORKING. WE HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED. All of the interior/exterior lights and signals are all working as well including the fog lights. The interior is in great shape. The leather seats are SUPER comfortable and in great condition. This was definitely a NON SMOKER vehicle. There is no smoke smell and no pet odor inside the truck whatsoever. There are no burn holes anywhere. The carpets look great all throughout. The leather steering wheel is also in great shape. The undercarriage looks great and there is no rust on the body. There is some scrapes on the front bumper and a very minor shallow linear dent on the passengers side front door that is virtually unnoticeable if your looking at it from straight on, so please see the youtube video for a better look. There is also a dent on the rear top roof area which I took pictures of and show in the video as well. It does not seem to affect anything and is purely cosmetic, and it is obviously out of sight. The vehicle has a brand new windshield that we just had installed. The wheels are in great shape and shown in the video. The tires are rather bald and will need to be replaced soon. Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I Test Drive And Inspect The Vehicle? YES! We 100% encourage all bidders to come see, test drive and inspect the vehicle BEFORE they place a bid and before the auction ends. Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Will You End Auctions Early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. Many of our vehicles are for sale locally at our dealership and we reserve the right to sell vehicles that are listed. Occasionally, but very rarely we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid for by cash in person, cashiers check (like you would get from most banks & credit unions), or bank wire transfer. We will accept credit cards however you must call us for more information. We do not accept personal checks, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. We work very hard to make the process go smoothly and quickly so just let us know upfront if you have any special needs so we can help out. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay overnight in New Jersey until acceptable payment is received. We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day on each vehicle purchased. This means that if you win the auction for any given vehicle at 6:30 PM on a Monday night then the $500 deposit is due by 6:30PM the following night (Tuesday) . Each vehicle requires a $500 deposit. The deposit is to be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account we will be happy work with you depending on each buyers unique situation. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements within the 24 hour period we reserve the right to offer or sell the vehicle to another bidder or buyer as we deem necessary. Also should the buyer fail to make this dep0sit or make other arrangements within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. We charge a $195 Dealership Fee which pays for the representative who test drives and lists the vehicle, operating and listing costs, title and mailing costs, and detail services. Dealers are NOT exempt from this fee. No exceptions. We are required to collect appropriate sales tax for New Jersey residents. There is a nominal fee for a temporary tag as well. Call us for details. Do You Take Trade-Ins? We do not accept trade ins on our auction sales due to the limitations of the auction process. How About Shipping? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. What I Exceed The 7 Day Period? We have limited space at both of our dealerships and should the buyer not contact us to make prior arrangements of a late pickup we DO charge storage fees of $25 per day. Do I Need lnsurance? In order for us to issue you a temporary tag we will need proof of lnsurance (Policy # and Issuer Name). lnsurance is required by the buyer once the vehicle is paid in full. If an option or feature is not listed in the ad or you do not see it in the pictures, then the vehicle most likely does not have that option or feature. Please take our video as a presentation only, it is supposed to serve as an informative look at the vehicle since most buyers are not capable or will choose not to come see the vehicle prior to bidding. We do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase but at the same time you have to understand what "AS-IS" means. It means sold without warranty - no exceptions. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices or on a retail car lot, often times thousands less. Therefore there is minimum profit at best and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it off a retail lot at full list price. Remember many of these cars are near a decade old or many have in excess of 100,000 miles so they may be new to you but that doesn’t change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. All cars are used machines and used machines need general repairs on a regular basis many times without prior warning. This is especially true for name brand highline & exotic vehicles that have more elaborate features and systems. Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I Test Drive And Inspect The Vehicle? YES! We 100% encourage all bidders to come see, test drive and inspect the vehicle BEFORE they place a bid and before the auction ends. Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Will You End Auctions Early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. Many of our vehicles are for sale locally at our dealership and we reserve the right to sell vehicles that are listed. Occasionally, but very rarely we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. How Do I Pay For The Vehicle? The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid for by cash in person, cashiers check (like you would get from most banks & credit unions), or bank wire transfer. We will accept credit cards however you must call us for more information. We do not accept personal checks, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. We work very hard to make the process go smoothly and quickly so just let us know upfront if you have any special needs so we can help out. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay overnight in New Jersey until acceptable payment is received. Please do not let this happen to you, just follow our simple rules for payment to ensure a smooth delivery of your vehicle. These are the only forms of payment that we accept, so if they are not acceptable to you then please do n0t bid. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made as all sales are final on all eBay related transactions. What About The Deposit? We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day on each vehicle purchased. This means that if you win the auction for any given vehicle at 6:30 PM on a Monday night then the $500 deposit is due by 6:30PM the following night (Tuesday) . Each vehicle requires a $500 deposit. The deposit is to be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account we will be happy work with you depending on each buyers unique situation. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements within the 24 hour period we reserve the right to offer or sell the vehicle to another bidder or buyer as we deem necessary. Also should the buyer fail to make this dep0sit or make other arrangements within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If a buyer pays the dep0sit, but does not complete the transaction for any other reason, then the dep0sit is not refundable and becomes the property of Trade Zone. Are There Any Additional Fees? We charge a $195 Dealership Fee which pays for the representative who test drives and lists the vehicle, operating and listing costs, title and mailing costs, and detail services. Dealers are NOT exempt from this fee. No exceptions. We are required to collect appropriate sales tax for New Jersey residents. There is a nominal fee for a temporary tag as well. Call us for details. Do You Take Trade-Ins? We do not accept trade ins on our auction sales due to the limitations of the auction process. How About Shipping? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. What I Exceed The 7 Day Period? We have limited space at both of our dealerships and should the buyer not contact us to make prior arrangements of a late pickup we DO charge storage fees of $25 per day. Do I Need lnsurance? In order for us to issue you a temporary tag we will need proof of lnsurance (Policy # and Issuer Name). lnsurance is required by the buyer once the vehicle is paid in full. Lastly But Most Importantly By bidding on the above vehicle or by purchasing the above vehicle, bidder / buyer acknowledges all eBay rules and the rules and regulations as stated in this listing by Trade Zone Auto Sales. With All of that said, We are very fair and honest and full disclosure of known issues is our full intention. We are not looking to mislead anyone. We operate on very little profit since these vehicles are sold at a Wholesale Price often times thousands below what a retail dealership or KBB would value the car for, so were not looking for problems while making a modest return on a cheap car. Our Listings include far more information than the typical Ebay Motors Auction - Every listing we create has over 80 pictures, an In-Depth Video which shows the vehicles being driven and described and a hand written description - No three word phrases. We road test and note any obvious defects or noises in the listing and video as best we can. Our listing representatives have been test driving cars for the better part of five years - so they are pretty good at pointing out obvious issues. Things that cannot be heard, seen, or felt by our listing agent is not our responsibility. If we make repairs to a vehicle prior to listing it we will note that in our listing. If there is a repair that needs to be made to a car you are purchasing please do not assume we "knew" about it. These cars are in many cases around a decade old and we do not have the wear items checked by a mechanic (brake pads, rotors, etc.) If you do not want to pay for repairs - inspect the car before bidding or have a 3rd Party make sure the car you purchase will pass your states inspection - which we do not guarantee - In New Jersey we test for emissions ONLY! We operate on very minimal profit on these vehicles and we do not want anyone to be unhappy - But understand that we are NOT mechanics and this is NOT a certified pre owned vehicle. Please read our feedback as most everyone has been satisfied - Most of our buyers are prepared to buy a used car - We encourage buyers to leave us good feedback and we will happily do the same! Please - If you are having the vehicle shipped and you do not come to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding do not expect a new car to arrive. It may be new to you, but its still a used car and anything can go wrong while the car is being transported. Negative reviews from buyers who do not take the due diligence to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party prior to bidding in order to satisfy themselves with the car they bid on, purchase, and ship half way accross the country hold very little merit and can be easily disputed in our defense. Repairs are to be expected, especially if you want your used car to be like new.
