2002 Suzuki Maruder 800.I am selling this bike for a friend who has a towing Company. Clean bike in great shape. Runs great!!! This bike was obtained thru police impound and presently has a Ohio Salvage title. This salvage title is not due to being wrecked it is due to being confiscated by the police and impounded. In Ohio you have to obtain an inspection permit to have a date set up for the state patrol to inspect the bike and reissue a title so it can be driven on the roads again. All states have different procedures you must check with your State to see what is necessary to obtain a title that will allow you to purchase license plates for road usage. Once again this bike is not salvage titled due to damage it is due to circumstances that led to impoundment by the police. This bike runs. handles and drives great we have a special permit to place on the bike to check and make sure it is road worthy. This bike runs, shifts, handles and stops great without issue. Nice chrome, beautiful color it just looks great...If you look at the left side of the tank at the Maruder decal you will see a dent the bike dropped while being pushed into storage, not bad but it did dent the tank. The front tire has cracking (dry rot) from sitting. Back tire looks great. Equipped with Vance & Hines exhaust that really sound great. If your looking for a smooth running economical bike and don't mind taking the steps to flip the title you can have a real nice bike here. Battery is brand new and fires on the spot. Engine runs smooth and burns clean. The ignition where the key goes looks stripped out and the key still works but fits loosely and potential could fall out. It works but the bike is so nice it is worth replacing. I found one on ebay new for $74.00 maybe cheaper if you search harder. Just overall a very nice bike.
