Offered here is a project for the right buyer.This car is being offered as is and will be sold on a bill of sale. It comes with a replacement New Jersey Salvage title issued to the Geico Insurance Co. of Macon Ga. issued 11- 13- 15. This is a beautiful car that was flood damaged in the fall of 2012 with only 20,574 actual miles. Geico sold it to a North Carolina dealer who than sold it to the person in New York that I purchased it from this was on March 26 2013. This New York owner spent about $5000.00 replacing water damage components ( I have receipts) and then he drove the car for over 4,000 miles. The history report will show an accident report on Sept. 21 2015 in New York, this was a parking lot accident that had this car bumped by a motor cycle resulting in a small dent in the lower passenger side quarter panel, it has not been repaired and is hardly noticeable. The car has excellent all original paint with only a small silver dollar size clear coat issue front center on the hood.The car runs and drives as you would hope a low mileage car would, strong and tight. It still has both original Pirelli tires on the front and new tires on the back. The CD player and radio amplifier were water damaged and were removed and have not been replaced. About 95 % of the electronics are in working order. The AC has a replaced compressor and drier and is cold but the fan is not working. Dash warning lights that are on include airbags, check engine emissions issue and stability control.The car developed a rear end noise that has not been diagnosed, but sounds to me to be rear wheel bearings but I am not positive. The New York owner never titled the car and applied for a replacement title in the fall of 2015 that came back to him in Geico's name. I never did understand why he did that. This is the title that comes with the car. I have copies of all paper work and have talked to both Geico and the North Carolina dealer both of whom were very cooperative. When I tried to title the car here in Florida I was told I needed a court order. The car can be titled but will require some effort. That is why it is being offered as a parts car on a bill of sale. Realistic offers will be considered. If you came to look at this car not knowing it's history you would be hard pressed to find any evidence of water damage, no rust, mildew, stains or odors.
