The engine does not turn over. Study photos closely. Motorcycle is being sold as is, as pictured. Instrument glass has been replaced with clear plastic. Both speedometer and tachometer are in good working condition. See last three photos. First at rest, odometer reading between 1816.6 miles and 1816.7 miles. Next with a drill driving the speedometer, reading 23 mph and odometer now on 1816.9 miles. Last with a drill driving tachometer, running at 4,500 rpm. Any parts that are not pictured have been removed are not included. EBay will not allow me to list the title condition as NO TITLE, but be aware that there is NO title. A non-refundable PayPal deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of auction close, after which a late fee of 1% of purchase price shall be assessed.
