The Saturn is NOT DEAD! At least not here anyway!! DO NOT MISS OUT on this Vue RedLine Edition! NO RESERVE! Not many of these made let alone left on the road. This is the REDLINE edition sporting 250 HorsePower via a 3.5 Liter V6 Honda engine. Yes Honda!! I prefer to sell the sporty higher end versions of vehicles. I honestly have been on the hunt for one of these Redlines knowing they weren't as "beefed up" as say...a Saturn Sky Redline or Saturn ION Redline....both sporting the 4cylinder Supercharged or Turbo engines depending on the year. What I didn't expect was to turn the key, slip in Drive, push the fun pedal on the right, and have the motor pin me back in the seat!! Surely wasn't expecting to open the hood and see a familiar Honda powerhouse!! For the records....YES....this transmission works perfectly with no issues. But...I'm getting ahead of myself... Read on... This 2 owner version's exterior is a BEAUTIFUL 8-9 out of 10 all day!! Front bumper cover looks excellent with minimal rockchips and zero damages, cracks or repairs. Hood is stellar (see what I did there...Saturn...?) with only a handful of rock chips. Being a plastic bodied vehicle, naturally there are ZERO dings around the body panels. ALL exterior lighting works perfectly. Headlights and lenses are in excellent condition with no cracks or damages. Front headlight lenses are nice and clear with barely any fading or yellowing...really none at all. What little black vinyl is on the vehicle is in near perfect condition with no fading, dryness or cracks. Above you can see the nearly new matching Bridgestones at every corner. All ride on superb rims....I think I found one or 2 minor scratches. No soccer mom curb rash. No vibrations at any speeds. Tires aren't worn. No cupping or noises. Unseen are the recently replaced front brakes that will easily throw you thru the dash if needed. I'm assuming the rears are as fresh as the fronts, but being drums, I can't visually see em. Lookit the shine!! Like a mirror. Minimal scratches on the entire vehicle. Really. Below....the roof....being one of 2 metal panels(the other the hood which has no hail damage)...has a handful of hail dings. Not really worth fixing since you can't see em. I'm 6 foot tall and standing on my tippy toes, I can barely point out 2 let alone see em all. This shot is with my hands held high. That said, your local dentbuster will happily PDR the roof for a small fee a fraction of the cost of a repaint. One other small note to point out, the tiny 4 inch windshield crack on the driver's upper corner....that I only noticed standing over the top of it. Inside you can't see ANY remnants of it, because it's in the black surround area and NOT in the visual area. Again, not worth replacing. Insane shine!!! Yours truly in the reflection. Black is so awesome when it's cleaned right! Note the nice factory rear window tinting...not too dark not too light. Perfect. I dare ya to find any damages to the rear bumper cover!! I found literally a couple light scratches probably from grocery bags because they were so light...then after further inspection, found about 2 touched up chips. ZERO paint cracking, biffs, plastic cracks, repairs, etc. Just shine. Above....the reason why it's not a 9+ out of 10....the hail dings up top...and this odd little crack/paint chipped area. Cool thing is...no rust. If you are as anal as me....just have it wetsanded and airbrushed. Or...leave it alone. Done. Engine compartment...clean. Eat off it. Anywhere. STRONG recent AC Delco battery fires the perfectly running engine right up. No noises. Pure power. I pulled a timing cover to inspect the timing belt. No wear. No shiny spots. No cracking. It actually looks recently replaced but I cannot confirm nor deny when it was or wasn't done. Rest assured that it doesn't look original. As stated, the transmission shifts and operates as it should thru every gear every time. Underneath you will find a clean underbelly with no major oil or coolant leaks with only a light sweating at the oil drainplug. Time for a new plug gasket. Easy fix next oil change. No overheating. No issues. While driving, you will enjoy the lack of suspension noises. No popping, squeaking or rattling. Car drives straight over any pavements with no unusual pulling or wandering. Onto the 9+ out of 10 interior!! Yes...inside too. Just like you hoped for. Leather is nearly perfect. No driver's bolster damage...no cracks...no holes....no tears. I HATE smoke and can't see or smell ANY signs of a former smoker. No burn spots or ashes left behind. No smokey....stench. Just Saturn leather clean. Dashboard is spotless. Buttons are unworn. Steering wheel and controls are spotless. Carpet and factory issued floormats are clean with minimal...if any...stains. Doorpanels are super duper clean with no damages or scrapes. Rear seating looks never sat in. ALL the power items seem to be working as they should: power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power sunroof, ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, hot heat, heated front seats, power driver's seat, AM/FM/CD player, cruise, steering wheel controls, etc. Above and below you can see there are ZERO dummy lights on during run and ALL come on during startup. I have driven the vehicle for nearly 300 miles to ENSURE it's reliability...and because it's fun to drive!! No lights have popped on and I don't expect any to. OnStar. Auto Dimming Rearview. Compass. Outside Temp. Loaded. Factory floormats are clean as can be ready to install. Cargo area is excellently clean as well. Unseen is the spare setup aired up ready for your roadtrip home. Note the factory SubWoofer off to the right enhancing your sound experience!! Above...interior looks beautiful. You will agree once you feast your eyes on it. Everything works. No worries. Below...only the OnStar manuals are to be found. No factory manuals. At least 2 factory keys and one working factory keyless keyfob are included!! Clean clear title and paperwork in hand.
