Sometimes you just want a nice car to use on a daily basis rather than the "buy here pay here" clunker. This would be one of those nice cars! If you have followed any of my previous ads, you will have read that I have taken on too many cars...essentially...I can NOT fix every little thing. What I CAN do is blow these cars out at NO RESERVE!! My loss, your gain!!This one is a nice high miler. Yes, it has a few Saab story "issues" but nothing to keep you from getting to work or picking up the kids or getting your teen to school. The car is a "10-footer" all day altho a professional buff and wax would put the exterior into a 7-8 out of 10 category. Aside some typical scratches, handful of dings and one small dent, the body in black looks great! The paint shines very well and altho I'm no bodyman, I can't see any signs of any major accidents or repairs. Below you can see the bumper cover looks good with only the lower left edge sporting some curb rash. No damages or missing pieces on this one! All exterior illumination functions properly with the exception of the upper 3rd led brake light randomly displaying the failure reading. Not illegal to drive without it, easily replaced if desired. The driving lights work but the left side will need a new bulb. Headlight lenses have a bit of dryness but can easily be wetsanded and buffed to perfection! No cracks or damages either to the lenses or the bumper cover/lower trim save for a few parking block scrubs down low. I have logged nearly 200 miles on this car to ensure it's reliability. Never let me down. Matching tires are recently replaced at every corner. All ride on nice clean minimally scuffed vibration free rims. Unseen are the brand new brakes up front. Brakes are vibration free with no grinding and only a light pulse sound on the rears most likely getting crusty from sitting motionless in the elements. Sure there are typical rock chips and light scratches on the hood but it sports a super shine!! The roof is in fabulous shape as well. Imagine how it will look after a professional buff! The rear bumper cover surprisingly has minimal biffs. Definitely no damages or cracks. Vinyl trim is superb all around. No dryness, cracks or fading. Rear bumper cover look great! Nice and shiny as shown with the reflection of my chicken legs! Minimal touched up chips and scratches from parking lot bumper tag. Above you can see the biggest eyesore on the entire car....a dent with a spot of rust bubble along the exposed edge and GASP....a scrape on the bumper cover. Clutch the pearls!!!! What shall we do?!? My answer.....bid....it's NO RESERVE!! No rust to be found on the car otherwise. Above....some lower body panel scratches that were touched up...Followed by a small cracked area on the lower ground effects. Only noticeable if you get down on it and look for it. Onto the excellent interior!! Leather and trim is amazing. Carpet looks great. Aside some minimal typical wear, I have nothing to point out of complain about. I HATE smoke....I can't see or smell any signs of a former smoker save for what looks to be a few light black marks on the headliner above. I didn't really try to rub it off so it may be soda stain or similar. No smoke browning in the fabric or window haze to be seen. The driver's bolster displays some minimal wear but zero damages, tears or holes....anywhere on the leather items and panels inside for that matter. ALL the power items seem to work as they should: Info displays (no dead pixels), Power windows (except right rear window/lock), heated power mirrors (right side has a small stick on replacement), keyless entry, heated power front seats, ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, Hot Heat, Power Sunroof, Dual digital climate control, steering wheel controls with cruise, AM/FM/CD player (player works great!), transmission modes, etc!! Power locks work also but is one of the few "issues" that randomly pops up: Issue: "Lock System Fault-contact dealer". Locks work most of the time but randomly will trigger the alarm which is easily turned off with the keyless remote. The right rear door lock/window not working (since each door has a main circuit "brain") may contribute to this issue.Solution: Local shop, buddy or dealer with GM Tech2 programmer can turn off the alarm system to keep the alarm from triggering. Steering wheel looks awesome!! No wear or thinning or sun fading. Buttons look great. Below you can see ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup with none staying on during run. In the center info display panel, you can see the center display warning is on. Issue: "Stability Control Failure. Contact Dealer". Solution: Unless you drive like an arse...traction control won't be missed. No Reserve says you can just push the "CLEAR" button. Finally...the last "issue"....the fuel gauge.Issue: Common problem...random/inaccurate/failure readingSolution #1: cheapest - set the tripometer to keep track of mileage and refill fuel as needed (3-400 miles to a tank). No money needed.Solution#2: new sending unit is $67.34 on eBay. Installation is about 4 hours depending on experience. Above the cargo area is clean. Sorry, no factory floormats. Unseen is the spare setup, aired up ready for your roadtrip. No floorjack. You can see the front and rear license plate mounts are ready to bolt on depending on your needs. Below you can see the rear seating looks great as well. Above....notice the gorgeous piece of Saab interior gold....THE FULLY FUNCTIONING CUP HOLDER!! LOL!! Below the compliment of factory original manuals. One keyfob is 100% working and sports a new case. That said, the manual key is still a blank and will need to be cut for the car. Sidenote: supposedly a key in the driver's door unlock, deactivates the alarm as well. And the heart of the car....the SUPER DUPER CLEAN engine compartment!! Recently installed Interstate battery fires the engine up effortlessly. Saab engines weren't known to be quiet, but this one is smooth and powerful. New spark plugs were installed and spool the quiet turbo right up to redline if desired. No knocking or noises. Transmission shifts as it should thru every gear. Oil an coolant are clean with no overheating. Underneath you will see a decently clean underbelly. There were signs of some oil residue, most likely from a messy oil change "technician" who probably dripped oil from the oil filter cartridge after 162k worth of changes. I degreased and I can't see any signs of any major oil or coolant leaks. Aside some light random typical spring pings in the steering, the suspension is tight. Wiggles and jiggles show no sloppy parts. Car drives straight and smooth over any pavements with no unusual pulling or wandering. This car is NO RESERVE!! It's a great car to get you thru your day with plenty of life left in it! Inspect my excellent feedbacks. BID, BUY, and DRIVE ANYWHERE with 100% CONFIDENCE!!
