Located in Mississippi, this SUV was owned for at least the last 10 years by a local small town, titled to them in 2006 and not sure the history before that, it was used around the county as administrative vehicle and then used for a couple of years to read meters. We purchased the SUV directly from the town, not from a broker, dealer or auction, simply turning it into cash. The SUV has been used, not kept clean, town employees have stained the carpet but it does run and drive fine, probably maintained correctly by the town mechanic although we do not have any service records or anything like that, cranks right up, drives down the highway fine, engine runs good, transmission shifts great, cruise works, a/c, heat, brakes, power windows, locks, etc. work properly. The clear coat is peeling off some spots on the hood and a few spots around the vehicles, some of the body molding at the rear bumper is coming off and some of the molding has a clear plastic peeling off of it, tire condition can be seen in the photos, the paint on the front doors and rear door/hatch has impressions/marks where the town decals were removed, will probably buff out with some rubbing compound, as mentioned earlier the carpet is stained in quite a few spots, the headliner is falling down in some spots around the edges, the “service engine” light is on and our diagnostic computer says it is an 02 sensor, we plan to stick one on it and will update or add a note to the bottom of the listing if that replacement keeps the “service engine” light off, will probably need new wiper blades and would suggest a good servicing, other than that what you see is what you get.
