The car has two previous owners, having been maintained most recently at McGrath Audi. The following work has been recently performed: 1/2013 - 4 New Pirelli P6 Allroad (factory spec) tires installed 6/2013 - New serpentine belt and front suspension airbags 2/2014 - Cam seals, valve cover gasket, battery, water pump 7/2014 - Front brake pads and rotors 12/2015 - Full timing chain service (engine out) with all new Audi parts, including the newest generation Tensioners and guides. The timing chain service is well documented as we have pictures of all stages of the repair. It was completed by BTRacing in Evanston, IL, an expert on German car repair who did a more thorough and detailed job than a dealer would ever do. This repair is a major concern for the Audi 4.2 V8 engines, as this service can only be completed by removing the engine. The early 4.2 were especially vulnerable. Since then, Audi has improved the design of these timing parts to make sure the engines last. Since this work has all been done using the newest upgraded parts, you can drive this car without worrying when you will have to undertake this expensive repair! Cosmetically, it will be hard to tell this car from new. For a 12 year old car, the condition is stunning. It is in 100% original condition, right down to the Pirelli ALLROAD tires, which were designed originally for the Audi Allroad. You simply won't find another one like this, with this mileage and in this condition - with all the expensive maintenance already done.
