Roman Red exterior with a Red interior, white cove and white soft top. Previous owners Grandmother bought the car brand new in 1961 and used it for years regularly till she met his grandfather and got married and eventually needed a car with more room so they bought a Cadillac and parked the Corvette for driving on special occasions. As previous owner got older sometime when he was a teenager it became too difficult for his grandmother to drive and it then sat under her carport for years until she died in December of 2013. Previous owners Mother then inherited the corvette and sent it out to have a full frame off restoration done rite away. Unfortunately his mother died in May of 2014 and didn't get to see the car completed but he inherited it and made sure the restoration got completed and then we bought it. They did do a few tasteful modifications to it including adding Retro Air Conditioning, Power Steering, and Disc brakes. Under the hood car is properly dressed with correct ignition shielding, valve covers, air cleaner, Original Numbers Matching 283ci/230hp engine with Original Powerglide automatic transmission and Ice Cold Retro A/C. Everything has been completely redone on this no expense spared restoration. The red interior features all the correct door panels, carpet, seats, and gauges. All the gauges have been restored, wipers work, all lights work, and wonderbar radio works.
