1969 Honda CB160 Sport. Clean Title, tool kit, owners manual. Push the electric start button or kick it once or twice and she purrs like a Honda. Idles right up, shifts through all the gears fine, brakes work great, electrical system operates as it should. Nice loud horn! NEW: Yuasa battery, oem mirrors, replica front footrest rubbers. This is originally a high desert Colorado bike, it is not rusty. Must have been "crashed" and put away early as the overall condition suggests the mileage to be accurate. Minor cosmetic damage occurred to the front fender, right muffler, and the handlebars are slightly bent. The right side cover was missing so an oem re-painted one was added. Had no mirrors so both L & R are NOS oem replacements. Replaced both front footrest rubbers(right was torn), tried oem but they split so had to go with reproduction - which work and look great. Cleaned the carbs, changed the oil, adjusted the clutch. These 4-stroke twins were raced enthusiastically back in the day. Many were stripped, and café racer fairings added as fate took them around the track. Unquestionably a beautiful machine in it's race attire. This particular bike apparently scared someone early on and has consequently kept a very low profile and today is known as a "survivor". The paint is original(except R.H. side cover), it is not flawless but is bright and a brilliant example of original '69 Honda scarlet red. Gas tank has no dents, is shiny inside - zero rust. Wheels, spokes, hubs, original Yokohama tires - all superb condition. Seat is awesome, no tears. Rear fender "duckbill" in place. This is an un-restored original condition(except for re-painted side cover and replica footrest rubbers) classic Honda. Not "perfect" condition - "original" condition. Super nice bike.
