Born in Germany, raised in Texas. No upper midwest rot. No chrome AMG wheel pitting. Beautiful. Another sign of it not spending much time up here...the front and rear bumper covers are in excellent condition. No damages. Only the typical lower parking lot block scrapes underneath. Only seen if you get down on your hands and knees to look. Hardly a ding to be found on the entire car. ZERO dents. ZERO rust to be found. Only a handful of TINY rockchips over the entire car. Beautiful Silver paint compliments this car at any angle. Front Falkens are nearly new with 90+% tread left. Rear Falkens will need replacement soon. Factory optioned AMG rims are undamaged. No corrosion. No pitting. No flaking. No vibrations at any speed. Unseen are the nearly new brakes at every corner. Grab you and throw you thru the dash if needed. No pulsing. Top is near perfect. No holes. No tears. No noticable damages. A few marks from cleaning but nothing permanent. Rear glass is perfect. Below is the ONE major body flaw....a one inch scuff that has been touched up with matching paint. Body panels are excellent as a Mercedes would be expected to have. I'm no bodyman, but I can't find any signs of any major body repairs or repaints. Note the aftermarket tint on the glass. A MUST HAVE in Texas. Interior is as expected...an easy 9+ out of 10. Driver's bolster is barely worn. Steering wheel is perfect. Dash is perfect. Carpet is super duper clean. Factory floormats are justlikenew2u!! Doorpanels are mint. I hate smoke and I cannot see or smell any signs of a former smoker. Shots of the dash shows that ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup. ONLY the SRS light stays on during run. I don't have a reader to see why this is. Upon my research, some of the simple things contributing to the light are mostly blamed on the passenger seat. Apparently wires can become dislodged (from the seat range tugging on the wiring) causing the light to pop on. Also the pressure sensors in the seatbelt latch can cause this. Regardless, it typically seems like a minor fix. NO RESERVE, remember?!? ALL the power options seem to work as they should: power windows, locks, mirrors, convertible top, seats, dual digital climate control (AC may need a recharge), it has all kinds of cell phone/radio features that I don't even know how to operate, cruise, steering wheel controls, etc. For some reason the glove box was screwed shut. Latch must be broken. Screws can be removed without noticing since its in the carpet area. One last teeny tiny nitpick....the passenger seat...you can see the small minute area where the seams split. Texas Sun is to blame. Rear seat looks never sat in. Trunk is neat and tidy. Unseen is the spare setup. Aired up ready for your roadtrip anywhere! ALL of the factory manuals AND window stickers are included. With this pile ALSO are the secondary Mercedes Certified used car certifications. Original $62,xxx window sticker!!! And of course....all the original manuals and pieces of information regarding the car. Only one working keyless keyfob key is included. Below you can see the TEXAS issued inspection tags good thru next month. Engine compartment?? Clean enough to eat off of. Pick a spot. Battery is strong and fires up the engine effortlessly. Engine runs smoothly. Transmission shifts as it should. No signs of any major oil or coolant leaks. No spots on my shop floor after 3 days. No overheating. Engine pulls strong. As stated brakes are very new. Suspension is tight and quiet. No popping, rattling or squeaking. Has the typical light convertible body shake but otherwise the car drives straight and smooth over any pavement with no unusual pulling or wandering. Convertible top operates flawlessly. No hiccups.
