You are bidding on a 1957 Porsche 356 convertible. This car has been in storage since 1984. It is an all matching numbers car and still has the engine and transmission it had when it left the factory (see picture of Kardex). It has never had any attempt at a restoration. Someone did some patchwork repairs on the floors long ago and there has been a poor attempt to fix some dents in the front. Otherwise, it's in pretty fair shape. It still appears to have its original Meissen blue paint and tan interior. I expect payment within 5 days of the end of the auction. The car can be picked up after your check has cleared my bank. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but I can give the name of a good, reliable shipper if you wish. Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale and the New Jersey Title for the car.
