Very fun daily driver quality pre-owned Porsche 911. Needs absolutely nothing as far as mechanicals at this time. Drives true and straight, never misses a beat, starts easy and has NO leaks, rattles, or unpleasant odors. I have had an idle circuit code pop on a check engine light from time to time and if I don't turn on a/c it seems to never come on. This has been a California car since new and has no rust whatsoever. Pre purchase inspections are welcomed and encouraged. This car passed Californias strict emissions testing within the last couple of weeks with no adjustments needed. In my opinion the worst things about the car are as follows: 1) front bumper has had a repaint some time ago and has a few spots where it has lifted and I would repaint the front bumper. 2)The plastic back window has now faded to a non transparent foggy white color and I have found the replacement on Ebay for $285 but decided not to order it. Back window actually cracked Shortly after I took the pictures and needs to be replaced. This car has a one touch power convertible top that works flawlessly. The stereo has been upgraded to a modern high end unit with no additional amplifiers or other modifications. Great and solid honest car that isnt a show piece but could be. Has a few very hard to spot typical nicks,scuffs, scratches and dings that are hard to get in pictures but expected on a 15 year old car as typical good care/normal use. Seats are in nice shape and again its a 1999 so it has typical worn areas inside here and there but overall nice daily driver. The clutch was replaced less than 2 thousand miles ago and anything resembling seepage was addressed while engine was out and battery replaced at same time along with fluids everywhere. So..... Its ready to enjoy daily now. Ready to road trip home across country and it would be a treat, All gages look to be functioning well and air conditioning and heat work very well also. We are approximately 45 miles east of San Francisco and only 25 minutes from Oakland airport ( without heavy commute traffic). Bid with confidence! its a beauty! Note: I took the car for a beautiful ride for about an hour yesterday and even though it seemed to be running perfect, I got off the freeway and while idling at stop light the check engine light came on. I was only a minute from my friends repair shop where he scanned it and got 2 diagnostic codes. 1 code was p0455 Evap Leak, and the other was p0506 Idle air control. We spent a very few minutes looking for an obvious source and found good pressure released when we loosened fuel cap, and a couple of questionable loose fitting vacuum lines. I cleared those codes and drove another several hours with no issues. Thank you.
