Manual Choke T18 Borg Warner 4 Speed Manual Transmission 9" 3.5 rear end Clear Title - Current Registered until 12/31/14 Runs and drives good, rides exceptionally smooth (like a cadillac!) Very comfortable No known mechanical problems with the engine Front end is stable drives straight Handles the road great Battery is good Tires are fair to good. they are roadworthy Seat is really good (only one spot on side where something caught on it) Lights, turn signals...all work Previous owner swears it is the original miles... He had it I believe since new...but it did sit for a lot of years..that is why the discoloration in the paint. Was not stored in side...! Body itself just has surface rust. Fenders... wheel wells... Underneith has 4 isolated rust spots. TRUCK IS PRETTY MUCH ALL ORIGINAL AND A GREAT RESTORE OR CUSTOM PRODJECT. SHORT BOXES ARE GETTING HARD TO FIND. Fairly straight body. Not a lot of dings or dents...not even in the bed of the truck. Mostly just surface rust Driver door was replaced. We do have original door and the vin plate from the original door is in the glove box.DRIVES GREAT AND RIDES MORE LIKE A CAR.Dual spare tire carriers in box.As I said this truck did sit and that is why the paint is as it is...But, there is an oddity! In the hood hinge mounts and also some of the body mounts - we took pics...there is rust in these areas! I found it as odd...not the "normal" rust areas...but we did show them in the pics so you are aware! This is NOT a rust bucket! This is a California truck and always has been..Thus I was surprised by the spots of rust in the odd places...The rust seems confined to just these areas... I did not remove the original floor mats...So I do not know the condition of the floor underneath. Looking from underneath, it looks like there may be a couple of areas with light rust...hard to tell, but wanted to be upfront with everything. Cardboard ceiling panel is warped...as most this age are... Ceiling Trim pieces were removed ..then we got another truck and decided to keep it and sell this one. So we still do have the trim pieces! and they come with truck
