For sale is a 2002 Volkswagen Passatt station wagon. This is the GLX trim, (V6). This car is high mileage, (267,927), silver exterior and black interior. Great for around town and commutes to and from work, the Passat gets about 18mpg combined city/highway driving. This model is the automatic with "trip-tronic" so you can also put it into a manual mode and control what gear you're in if you want. The service engine light has been stuck on since we have had it due to a faulty sensor. There are some exterior chips in the paint on the hood and some paint fading on the hood and other minor cosmetic defects you might expect from a vehicle this old and with this many miles on it. Interior is clean, small tear in the driver's seat leather, some finish rub on the steering wheel, but otherwise great condition for its age and mileage. The heater needs to be repaired, the A/C needs a recharge. Additionally the vehicle now needs a state inspection. (Expired July 31, 2014).
