The finish is the correct Pinehurst Green. All of the chrome/brightwork shows well throughout this Olds. 1972 would be the final year for the Cutlass Convertible. The Cutlass Supreme was Oldsmobile's top intermediate vehicle, available as a 2 or 4-door Holiday hardtop or convertible. There were 105,087 Holiday Hardtop coupes produced compared to only 11,571 convertibles. Many of our photos of this last year Cutlass Supreme Convertible were taken at the Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum, located only minutes from our showroom. Be sure and visit the museum if you find yourself in Dallas, Texas. The convertible top is power-operated and complete with a boot when retracted. The top works as it should and is in great shape. We have original documentation for this '72 Olds Cutlass Supreme Convertible including registrations, dealer packet, owner's manual, and Oldsmobile Emissions Control Systems booket. We also have receipts for some work performed over the years. Open the doors to 1972. The interior of this Cutlass Supreme is in excellent condition. The factory Strato bucket seating is clean and detailed, paired with the factory center console. The woodgrain dash accompaniments are part of the Cutlass Supreme package. The dash is in great shape. The original instruments are functional and clear. This car drives down the road straight and true. It is a pleasure to drive. The factory air conditioning blows cold. The interior panels are clean and detailed. Under the hood is the factory Rocket 350 4bbl. V8 rated at 180 horsepower. The engine runs strong and transmission shifts correct. The engine compartment displays the original sheetmetal throughout the firewall, inner fenders, and core support. The special die cast grille was part of the Cutlass Supreme package. The trunk is clean and detailed, complete with the spare Rally Wheel/tire, jacking equipment, and factory decals under the trunk lid. The undercarriage is in excellent condition, displaying the original frame and flooring throughout. The wheels of choice are the factory 14-inch Rallys fitted with Cooper Cobra raised white letter GT radial tires. The Pinehurst green paints shows exceptionally well throughout.
