INTRODUCTION::: You are bidding on a 1983 Suzuki gs1100e, this bike is in good original condition. The bike runs and rides beautifully and looks very nice for its age. But please feel free to read more about the specifics of this bike and look at the pictures for verifications, and feel free to ask any questions via email. International bidders are welcome to bid on this motorcycle but have to arrange shipping themselves... BODY::: The tank, side covers and the tail cowl are all in great condition, there is one small spot on the right side cover that has some clear coat missing as you can see in the pictures, but other than that the paint is in perfect condition with no scratches or paint fade. The motor looks great non of the fins are broken and the carburetor still has the nice original black coating intact. The exhaust pipes are in very good original condition and the black chrome looks very nice, although there is a small dent on the right side of the exhaust on the very tip and some light scratches on the under side of the exhaust as you can see in the pictures, its very unfortunate because other than the small dent the exhaust is in very good condition, its very hard to find black chrome pipes in this good of a shape these days. MECHANICAL::: The bike runs and rides very nice, the chain was replaced recently and the bike had a full tune up and oil change about 300miles ago so its ready to ride. The carbs were synchronized and lightly cleaned so the bike now responds great. The front forks have a small leak so they might need some attention soon. The transmission shifts nice and smooth, and the throttle has good response. Tires were replaced a while back but are still in very good condition. Basically this bike is ready to ride... CONCLUSION::: If you want a nice original Suzuki gs1100 super bike that is ready to ride than this is a great bike for you. We specialize in restoring motorcycles to their original condition 100% show room condition, this bike is in no way a 100% restoration project or is a perfect 100% original motorcycle, but this is a well taken care of motorcycle that has some small imperfection as you can see in the pictures. But that said this bike would still holds its original beauty and still would command respect at any motorcycle gathering or show, it truly is a nice survivor.
