Under the hood is the factory-optioned 6.6 litre 400 cubic inch big block V8. This car is fully equipped under the hood. The engine compartment is clean and detailed throughout. This Trans Am is in exceptional condition. The undercarriage is in excellent condition. Open the doors to 1978. The interior is in excellent condition as well. The dash displays the factory gauges & machine-turned trim. The dash pad itself is in excellent condition as are the door panels, upholstery, and carpeting. This is a quality car throughout. We have PHS documents detailing the original options and features. This car was originally a Gold SE edition and now sports the full Bandit treatment. The front and rear cloth upholstery is in excellent condition. The trunk is clean and detailed to original specifications. The space-saver spare tire/wheel are also in place. The paint quality and body condition is excellent. There are few flaws to be found. There is some paint checking on the front spoiler/nose if you look closely. The graphics are in excellent condition. The wheels of choice are the factory Honeycomb rims fitted with 235/70R15 Firehawk Indy 500 Radial Tires.
