SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! Sorry, No Trades and we don't finance. We have the title in hand and its ready to sign over to you today. No liens on this car either. We are a licensed and insured Minnesota dealer. PLEASE WATCH MY VIDEO FOR A FULL WALK AROUND OF THIS CAR http://youtu.be/7JCNF7oJ8h0 http://youtu.be/SfoPcy2IUDw We bought this car from the insurance company in ARIZONA a couple weeks ago. Here is everything I know about this car, This is a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo with a salvage title from Arizona. The title is in the insurance companies name and it shows that this car is suppose to have 9,216 miles on it, however I can't verify if that is the correct mileage. This is an e-gear car. I have done a lot of footwork to track down the history of this car and this is what I know. In june of 2012, this car was taken to Scottsdale Auto Collision in Arizona to change the color of this car. it was orange before, but this is now something like a pearl orange and a very pretty color. however in august 2012 this car was painted. If you look up Scottsdale Auto Collision on facebook and look at their pictures, you will see them painting this car. However you will notice that the last posting on their timeline was on 9-18-12 (shortly after this car was painted). Around that date, there was two owners of that body shop and one of them allegedly shot the other one inside of this body shop. This can be verified if you google "Scottsdales Auto Collision murder". Don't worry, the crime didn't happen inside this car. Anyways, this car was inside the shop (along with around 40 other cars) at the time of the murder. Once police found out about the murder, they shut down the shop because one owner was dead and the other was in jail and the shop was a crime scene. im not sure how long the shop was locked up, but I can tell you that Scottsdale Auto Collision didn't finish this lambo before the murder happened. So once police released this car, the owner of this car had it towed to another body shop to have the paintwork finished and the car assembled. The second body shop did an inventory of this car in august of 2013 and noticed that there was a lot of missing parts to this car including the keys, seats, instrument cluster, gas fill door, trunk liner, wiper arm, cowl trim, rear bumper cover grilles, exhaust tips, and that some of the parts that they had were scratched and damaged from being handled several times. therefor the owner then contacted the police looking for the parts to his car and he didn't have any luck and was told to call his insurance company. his insurance company got involved and tried to locate the missing parts and they ended up filing a theft claim. the insurance company then determined that it would be easier to salvage out this car then it would be to track down the parts that this car needed. This car was then taken to the insurance auction in august 2013 and it finally went to auction in may 2014 and that's when we bought it. I have dealt in dozens of salvage title lambo's in the past and thus I had a pair of Gallardo seats with orange stitching that I put into this car. As I pointed out above, I don't have any keys to this car. I have never needed to have a lambo key made before, but its my understanding that you can only get a key if you take this car to a lambo dealer and the closest one to me is in Chicago which isn't exactly down the street. I have bypassed the ignition just to see if I could get the engine to crank and I could. The engine cranks over just fine and it sounds great. I also pulled the 5 plugs on the right side since they were easy to get at and I did a compression test,,,all 5 cylinders tested from 152-158psi. I looked under the car and i can't find any signs of any fluids leaking. Tires look to be around 80%. If you watched the video, then you will see all the little missing pieces that i know are missing or need attention on this car. The buyer of this car will also receive all the contact info that I have to the people who told me the story behind this car. I was told this story by the insurance company, from the 2nd body shop, the auction company where I bought this car, and the sister to one of the owners. This is everything that I know about this car. If you watch the video, you will see all the little parts that I will give you with this car. I also have the original center piece and original vents that are suppose to be in that area above the rear wheels. I really wanted to keep these for future cars we build, but depending on your purchase price, I might be willing to give those to you. All those parts are worth about 2k. You could turn this car into a track car and then you wouldn't need to do anything to this car other then get a key made. Otherwise, if you wanted this to be a really nice street car, I am guessing you would need to spend about 5k in parts. I have sold a lot of these salvage title lambos and I have never sold one for less then 70k when they are all finished. the last lambo I sold was a 07 spyder still in damaged condition for 68k. the one I had before that was an 05 coupe that still had some minor issues and that one sold for for 79k on ebay (item#251508284090). there was another 04 Gallardo that was just on ebay (item#171347319416) and I was the one who did the repairs to that car and I sold it for 74k to a guy in OK a couple years ago, and that guy traded it in on a Porsche in NJ, and I believe this guy then bought it from the dealer in NJ and he added some custom stuff to the car. there was also a 05 flood Gallardo that needed about as much work as this car does, and that one sold on ebay for 53k (item#111326541033). my point is that this car in running condition and if you fixed all the little flaws then it would sell for around 73-75k. if you kept some of the flaws then it would sell for around 68-70k. my buy it now of 50k still gives you plenty or room to make a profit on this car after the repairs are made. Here are most of the parts that this car will need at the prices you should be able to find them for -Key $200 -Program Key at dealer $200 -Instrument Cluster $1,500 -Mis Dash Pieces $200-$300 -Trunk Linder $300 -Battery $100-$150 -Driver side wiper arm $100 -Plastic Cowl Trim $200 -Both rear bumper cover grilles $300 -Both Exhaust Tips and Grilles $1000 -Door Mirror $300-$500 -Replace radio $100-1,000 depending on if you wanted an aftermarket radio or a used original style radio -Paint Door Mirror, door handle, front and rear bumper covers $1,000 if you take off the parts, about $1,500-$2,000 if you have the body shop take it off. We let these cars sell themselves. If for any reason you feel its to much of a risk to bid on this car with out seeing it in person first, then you are more then welcome to contact any shop near me (at your cost) and i will be more then happy to take this car to any shop of your choice for a 3rd party inspection. I do what i can to provide you with all the information i have so it will help you make the best decision you can make. I do my best to be as honest and upfront as i can be. There is nothing wrong with buying a salvage title car, however you will always get the car for less money then a clean title car. Usually you can buy that car for about 70-75% of clean title value, however that number can go up or down depending on supply and demand. Clearly a car like this might be a bit more on the high side, and yet a dodge neon with a salvage title might be a bit more on the low side. Either way, the biggest thing you should know about any salvage title car is the history and how bad the accident was. QUESTIONS, its best to e-mail your questions to me via ebay messages. Otherwise your more then welcome to come check out this car in person and ask your questions. If you live to far away to come check it out, feel free to contact any dealership, repair, or body shop in Faribault Minnesota 55021 and i will take the car there for an inspection at your expense so you can get someone elses opinion on this vehicle. There is nothing i am hiding and i challenge you to find something on this car that i haven't already told you about. All of our cars are located in FARIBAULT, MINNESOTA 55021. Current Title, The current title is a ARIZONA salvage title. Please check with your state before bidding. Once you get this car inspected, it should come back as a prior salvage title/rebuilt in your home state. I can get it inspected here in Minnesota, but that might not do you any good if you live out of state. If I do get it inspected here, and send the title into Minnesota, then its going to take about 3 months for the state of Minnesota to send me the prior salvage title back. I know for a fact that this car will pass a Minnesota state inspection with flying colors or your money back. Other state's might require something different, so please check before you bid. All sales are final. We will provide you with a bill of sale, title, repair receipts, ect. You shouldn't need anything more then what I listed above, but if there is, let us know and we will do our best to get you anything you need to get this vehicle inspected in your home state. Att: Minnesota buyers, You will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.5%, plus plates, tabs, and title transfer fees. You will also need to get this vehicle inspected with in the next year and we will provide you will all the receipts and Minnesota Affidavit of Reconstruction paperwork that you will need to get it inspected. You will be provided with a 21 day permit to drive this vehicle right away, and then we will get the plates for you and they will be mailed to you or you can pick this up if you are local. You have one year to get this vehicle inspected before Minnesota will issue you new license tabs. The inspection process is easy and only takes about 20mins. We will provide you with the dates and times of your nearest inspection center. After is has been inspected, you will get a new title back from the State of Minnesota that will give it a Prior Salvage Title Status. According to the State, that means that it is a clear title. According to everyone else, its still a salvage title. Att: Non-Minnesota buyers, You will NOT be charged any added fees. You will owe the exact amount of your final bid and that's all. You will be given the receipts for the repairs in the event you need them. You will also need to check with your local DMV to check the process of transferring a salvage title in your home state before you bid. You will be given a 31day permit to drive this vehicle home, but after that, you are on your own. You should be able to take the title to your dmv and get it transferred and get plates right away, but some states might have a different process that you need to go though, so please check that out before you bid. After the inspection is done in your home state, you should be issued a prior salvage/rebuilt title. Shipping, Shipping is at Buyers expense. If you can't come pick this up in person and you want us to ship it for you, we can set that up. Clearly the farther away you are, the more it's going to cost. Average shipping costs are about $150 in Minnesota, $300 in upper Midwest, $500 to outer Midwest (Texas,Ohio,Montana,Colorado), and coastal areas are about $700-$900. Depending on where you are, it could take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days before you receive this vehicle. Deposit, After this auction ends, we will need a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with in 48hrs of the end of this auction. ALL auto manufacturers still do stand by recalls. So if this car is in need of a recall, take it back to the dealership and they will fix the recalled item. On the other hand, if you have any prior accident repair issues with this car with in the first 90 days let us know and we will usually take care of the problem at no charge as long as you bring the car back to us.
