1970 Buick Electra 225 Convertible Power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, power top, power bench seat, AC, First the good Ive owned this car for 10 years and purchased it from small town Iowa guy who got it from his Grandmother. While I was deployed in 07-08 we had the body work done (which was floor pans and smoothing on the body. We had her painted Chrysler 300M black (so it has a little metal flake in it). We drove her that way for 3 years till I deployed a second time in 2010-11 when we decided to have the white convertible top replaced and the seats recovered. We added white piping to pull some of the white in from the top. The motor is all original and hasn't had any work on it neither has the automatic transmission. Drives and runs great has parade top and is a joy to drive.....have way more in it than the reserve price. The Bad Needs tires and the chrome on the wheels is starting to peel. The blinkers stopped working last week Im sure its a flasher. The battery hold down is all rusty and we use a bungee strap to hold it in place. The drivers rear quarter trim is broken. It dose have a salvage title from Iowa not sure why it was that way when I purchased the car.
