Click to enlarge any of the photos below, a link to a slideshow of all the enlarged images is available to view at the bottom of the page. This Jeep was taken down to bare metal and totally disassembled before painting, which means you'll find no overspray and no masking lines - it's clean and crisp everywhere you look. The body and frame are super solid with no rust issues. The prep work on the body was just fair, there's some areas that could have been smoothed and finessed a little better, but then again it's a Jeep. So while it's not quite ready for the lawn at Pebble Beach it still does present pretty well. All 5 tires are new, wheels have been refinished, hubs have been upgraded to Warn units. This Jeep has logged minimal miles since being restored and hasn't seen off road use. New bimini top with good fit. Windshield has new safety glass installed, it latches down securely. Tilt out function works smoothly. Seats have been recovered and new foam installed. Good floors with no rust. All gauges work and show good readings. Steering is tight and suspension firm, you'll like the way this Jeep drives. This Jeep starts right up and runs great, the flathead purrs along like a little sewing machine. No smoke, no issues, just a tight running little rig. From the carb to the starter, it's all been gone through and is ready for the road. The transmission shifts great, the brake system has been rebuilt, radiator is new, fuel tank is new, exhaust is new, etc, etc. Super looking undercarriage reflects the level of attention this restoration was given.
